Won the real estate agent lottery!
Throughout the sale of my house, I told everybody I knew that I thought I’d won the real estate agent lottery. After a prominent agent in my area had waltzed through my house completely unimpressed and uninterested, I felt completely disheartened. Luckily I called Louise’s company and explained that I’d never sold a house before and really needed someone to hold my hand through the process. They got Louise to call me, and from that moment everything changed. She was warm and friendly, and had pen to paper taking down details from minute one. She guided me through everything, from some small issues that needed to addressed prior to sale, through the inspection process, then kept me constantly updated during a bidding war that she handled expertly, leading to an excellent sales result. Buying a house is a big deal for almost everyone. it is arguable the most valuable asset you will have for your family.

most importantly, buying from the right person will give your the confidence as well as the courage to make the deal.

it is not like buying 100K car or 50k jewelry, we are talking millions. so, trust is something we need when making the big call.

Louise is a very lovely person when meeting at 1st opening home, she greets with a smile. at our 2nd opening home, she answers all questions. in between, always online with any possible questions, quick and accurate. with the sudden lockdown in NSW, she presents a very skillful and experienced side, managed the building inspection under a very tight schedule, and also managed to speak to the owners for any possible offers.

this is far from over, during my 1st ever on-line auction (the only one and the last one), she guided me very well, the approach which she pointed out, eventually helps me in winning the last bid and secure the house.

I am more than happy to recommend Louise for any buyer and seller. she will make the hard job easy, and she will make the cold transaction live.
