I wanted you to know personally that I have found Allan Sikorski to be an exceptional property manager. Living in Queensland, it is difficult to know how the property is without first hand knowledge.
I believe Allan has gone above and beyond to not only save costs for myself and the tenant, but also in his relationship management. He has impressive skills that have managed to successfully negotiate between myself and my tenant a 12 month lease and, despite a range of issues, he has always been honest with the tenant and myself and been proactive and offered solutions the minute any issue was raised.
I have been pleasantly surprised at the level of management from a new property manager that I have yet to meet.
