Karen Skipper is a Property Manager who has been in the Real Estate industry for the past 30 years; this has included having previously managed an established agency in the Inner West for 18 years.

Karen not only is the head of the Residential Property Management department, but she also handles the trust account, as well as assisting Tim O'Halloran with Commercial Property Management.

Karen lives in the Sutherland Shire with her husband and children, and certainly doesn't mind the longer travel time, viewing it as her “time out”!

Karen has built a strong rapport and many firm relationships with both owners and tenants some of which have existed for over 28 years. She continues to enjoy the industry, especially Property Management as it allows her continual client interaction. Karen also finds both the management and staff a great pleasure and great to work with at R&W North Sydney.
